ABOUT THE ROLE As we scale, we’re looking for an ambitious and resourceful Implementation Manager (IM) to drive complex implementation projects in state and local governments along with healthcare segments. The IM will play a pivotal role in leading and managing strategic projects across the company. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless process management and client satisfaction.
