ABOUT THE ROLE Blooming Health is building a first-of-its-kind network of community-based organizations (CBOs) across areas like food access, transportation, benefits navigation, and social services. This network will connect directly with health plans and hospital systems to help close gaps in care and improve outcomes for underserved communities. We’re hiring a Network Growth Manager to help build and scale this initiative from the ground up. This is a founding role on a new growth initiative.
