Role: RevOps Admin Description: Blackthorn is hiring a RevOps Administrator with the potential to grow into a RevOps leader. This role sits at the intersection of systems, strategy, and revenue execution. You’ll start by owning core Salesforce administration and supporting go-to-market operations, while partnering with fractional RevOps support during your ramp. Over time, you’ll take increasing ownership of our revenue systems, reporting, and operational strategy. This is not a pure “ticket taker” admin role, we’re looking for someone who wants to evolve into a systems thinker and business partner to Sales Leadership. What You'll Do Salesforce Administration & Execution Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration (users, fields, workflows, validation rules, etc.) Maintain data integrity and system reliability across the GTM stack Build and optimize workflows, automations, and processes Revenue Operations Support Support pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting needs Partner with sales leadership to improve process efficiency and visibility Help translate business requirements into scalable system solutions Systems & Architecture Thinking Contribute to the design of scalable GTM systems and processes Evaluate and support integrations across the revenue tech stack Identify opportunities to improve data flow and operational efficiency Growth into Ownership Gradually take o
