About the Role — Global Mobility & Employee Lifecycle Specialist We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Specialist to drive high-quality HR operations across two interconnected areas: Global Mobility and Employee Lifecycle Management . Based in Taiwan and sitting within the Employee Experience team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to enable compliant cross-border talent movement and deliver a seamless employee journey. Key Responsibilities Global Mobility & Immigration Operations End-to-End Coordination : Own and coordinate end-to-end global mobility and work authorization processes in collaboration with international hires, internal stakeholders and external vendors and government agencies.
