About the role The Global ESS Sales Operations Manager / Associate Manager will act as a key business partner for Global ESS Sales Operations, supporting revenue forecast discipline and end-to-end operational governance across GCR, JP, KR, and SEA. This role is designed as a second owner for Global ESS Sales Ops. The role will co-manage two major pillars: Revenue Forecast and Operation . The person should be able to connect business context, Salesforce data, contract readiness, pricing governance, and cross-functional execution to improve revenue visibility and operational quality. Responsibilities 1. Revenue Forecast & Management Reporting Support weekly and monthly tracking of target attainment, backlog status, pipeline movement, renewal progress, and revenue realization.
