THE ROLE We are seeking a Provider to serve as the clinical leader and direct supervisor of our provider network, including NPs, W2 MDs, and 1099 physicians. This role is responsible for clinical quality, provider performance, and day-to-day provider oversight. You will ensure providers are delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based care, while also coaching and developing clinicians to perform at a high level in a virtual care environment. Working closely with the Director of Provider Operations, you will translate business and operational goals into clinical execution—ensuring that our provider network is not only efficient, but delivering best-in-class care.
