The OPPORTUNITY As the Business Systems Analyst – Workday & HRIS, you’ll collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to enhance and streamline Workday and related HR systems. You’ll manage configurations, lead enhancements, and identify process improvements that strengthen efficiency and the overall employee experience. Working closely with other BSAs and technical teams, you’ll help prioritize initiatives, refine requirements, and ensure successful delivery of enhancements through agile development and testing cycles. Key responsibilities include: Serve as a Workday system expert, supporting configuration, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting across multiple modules (Core HCM, Absence, Advanced Compensation etc.).
