The role / impact At Xero, you will empower our Americas sales communities by delivering strategies and programmes that drive excellence and behavioural change. You will serve as a consultant to sales leaders in the USA and Canada, ensuring our teams possess the skills, mindset, and tools needed to provide a beautiful experience for our partners. By applying modern learning approaches and best practices, you will help amplify our sales culture during a period of growth. Your work directly influences revenue outcomes by equipping sellers to lead with value and navigate complex market changes with confidence. The team / how they connect You will join the North America Sales Enablement team, a strategic and high-trust group within our Global Revenue Enablement function. The team operates remotely, working closely with sales readiness leads and senior designers to offer integrated coaching and resources that improve productivity across the region.
