Wing is scaling rapidly, and looking to build out a world-class marketing team. Our website is one of the highest-traffic virtual talent sites in the world. You will own how we show up online—building, optimizing, and scaling our web presence into a true growth engine. Your mission: ship high-performing pages, improve conversion rates, and make sure every visitor experience is fast, persuasive, and beautiful. What you’ll own 1) Website Development & Execution - Build and maintain landing pages and core site experiences using WordPress and Elementor. - Translate wireframes and Figma designs into fully functional pages; ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsiveness. - Manage a rapid page-production system (50–200 new pages annually) across industries, use-cases, and offers. - Partner with our Creative, Copy, and SEO teams to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and performance integrity. 2) Conversion Optimization - Own CRO testing pipeline—A/B test copy, layouts, CTAs, and offers to continuously measure and improve lead-to-deal conversion. - Monitor site performance metrics (CPL, CVR, bounce, form drop-off) and proactively propose improvements. - Implement and analyze experiments using GA4, Hotjar,...
