We operate a rapidly scaling remote talent platform supporting global businesses with distributed professionals, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to training and deployment. Role Overview As Workforce Staffing Manager, you will own and build the end-to-end hiring engine - scaling high-volume recruitment while designing the systems, channels, and processes that power it. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, operational execution, and experimentation across digital and offline channels.
