The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s. What you’ll do - Own day-to-day product and regulatory counseling for key parts of our payouts platform (U.S.-focused). You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Ops from early design through launch and scale, giving clear guidance that teams can implement. - Help shape how we build and ship in a regulated space. You’ll translate U.S. payments and consumer-protection requirements into pragmatic product guardrails, customer-facing terms/disclosures, and durable internal guidance. - Be a core driver of our contracting engine as we scale.
