ABOUT THIS ROLE The Director of Analytics & Data Science leads our Analytics and Data Science organization through its next phase of scale. Operating within our mission-aligned team (MAT) model, you will provide the connective tissue across embedded teams—setting shared standards, shaping analytical strategy, and ensuring our work consistently drives high-quality business decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to build durable analytics and intelligent systems that support growth, manage risk, and improve customer experience.
