We're seeking a Strategic Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to own and drive the success of our highest-potential enterprise accounts. These are customers running mission-critical, highly scaled workloads on Postgres — and they need a trusted technical partner who can meet them at that level. Strategic CSAs go deep. You'll be embedded in your customers' most complex technical challenges, helping architect solutions that scale, optimizing systems under real production pressure, and guiding organizations through critical platform migrations. You won't just advise — you'll be a hands-on partner who earns trust by delivering outcomes. What You'll Do - Strategic Account Ownership Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders across a focused portfolio of strategic accounts.
