Location: 100% remote with travel. Reports To: Dr. Rajiv Narula, Founder and CEO About Sevaro Sevaro Health is a physician-led, AI-powered virtual neurology and telestroke company partnering with hospitals across the country, with a significant presence in rural and underserved communities. We exist to ensure that where you live does not determine whether you survive a stroke. Our Synapse AI platform powers real-time stroke routing, clinical documentation, and workflow optimization. We are not a call center. We are clinicians building technology for clinicians. Position Overview Sevaro is seeking a newly created, Chief of Staff position, directly supporting the CEO and Founder. This is not an administrative position nor is it C-suite executive role. The Chief of Staff is the CEO's operational right hand: the person who turns ideas and strategy into execution, keeps cross-functional work moving, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks during a period of aggressive growth. You will sit at the intersection of clinical operations, commercial growth, and technology, with direct exposure to every strategic decision at the company.
