ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an Workplace Experience Lead who thinks like a host, operates like a founder, and sweats the details. This role owns the in-office experience end-to-end—from how the space feels when you walk in, to the quality of coffee, to the energy during lunch and events. You’ll design an environment that supports deep work, spontaneous collaboration, and meaningful shared moments. Events are a core part of how we build culture at Replit—from team lunches to launches, offsites, and community moments. You’ll treat these experiences like a product: intentional, well-executed, and continuously improving. Food, snacks, and beverages are not an afterthought—they’re part of how we bring people together. This is a hands-o
