As a Technical Sourcer, you won't just be filling seats; you’ll be the primary architect of the talent pipeline that builds the future of our Product and Engineering teams! We are seeking a Fixed Term Full Time employee for a 6 - 12 month term. THE MISSION At Replit, we don’t look for average engineers; we look for "10x" builders, creators. Your mission is to find the needles in the haystack; engineers who are deeply technical, product-minded, and excited by the challenge of democratizing coding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Strategic Pipeline Building: Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design. You know how to go narrow on niche roles and create a stacked funnel for evergreen roles. - AI Forward: Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to power the top of the funnel. - Creative Outreach: Be AI tool driven. Move beyond standard LinkedIn templates. You will craft highly personalized, technical, and compelling outreach that resonates with the Replit ethos. - Deep Research: Map out talent across GitHub, Twitter (X), competitive startups, and niche developer
