THE ROLE We’re hiring a Case Manager to support and scale our Recovery Operations function. This is a highly execution-focused role where you’ll manage a portfolio of recovery cases, identify opportunities, and drive outcomes using our internal systems. You will work at the intersection of operations, data, and legal workflows—owning real business impact from day one. This is not a support role. You are responsible for moving cases forward, solving problems, and delivering results.
