Key responsibilities of the role Your North Star : Provide and facilitate amazing patient-centered clinical care to our pediatric patients. We are currently hiring for the following FT shift: This position consists of two 12-hour shifts per week with a rotating day/night schedule. Participation in weekend and holiday rotations is required. Reporting to a Nurse Lead, your key responsibilities will include: Assessment of urgent pediatric concerns and proactively triaging patients to support appropriate utilization of Pomelo Care and/or emergency services. Triages may be conducted in multiple modalities including chat/SMS-based, telephone, and video visits.
