For families navigating the complexities of a NICU stay and the critical transition home, you are their expert clinical guide and reassuring presence. As a NICU/Perinatal Nurse at Pomelo, you will leverage your deep clinical expertise to provide a layer of virtual support to supplement the in-person care of both the birthing parent and their NICU baby. You will do more than just answer questions; you will actively teach, assess, triage, and intervene to build parent confidence and prevent complications.
