ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Workplace Lead to own our physical space and what it feels like to work here. You'll report to the Head of People Experience and manage the Office Manager and Receptionist. On day one you're running NYC HQ. Over the next year you'll build the team and systems to keep it running at 200 and 500 people, and lead a major office build-out. This is a strategic role, not an administrative one. You'll run the office like a product, constantly shipping improvements that make the space match the intensity of the work we do.
