ABOUT THE ROLE Polymarket operates as a CFTC-registered Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO). That registration comes with real regulatory obligations, and we take them seriously. The Compliance team is responsible for making sure we meet those obligations without slowing down a product that moves fast and operates at scale. This role sits within the Legal and Compliance department and reports to the Compliance Technology Lead. You will own the day-to-day execution of our system safeguards compliance programs under CFTC Regulations 38.1051 and 39.18.
