ABOUT THE ROLE Polymarket is looking for a Staff Data Analyst sitting within the Revenue and Strategic Insights team, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue. You'll own the analytical infrastructure that tells us how the business is performing — growth, liquidity, revenue, retention, market health, and everything in between. The mandate is straightforward: make sure leadership always has a clear, accurate, and timely picture of what's happening across the business — and make sure that picture is actionable. That means owning KPI frameworks, building the dashboards and reports that executives and the board rely on, and going deep when something looks off or an opportunity is hiding in the data.
