Software Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a software technical program manager to help us prioritize, organize, and track our product software efforts. This is an intensely collaborative position, and while it’s very remote-friendly, candidates must be able to work a US Pacific timezone schedule. As a software program manager working at Oxide, you will: Work with internal stakeholders on product software development priorities, schedule, and tradeoffs – clarify product software goals more than manage activity towards unclear goals Collaborate with peers and other functions across hardware and software engineering to understand the dependencies between work streams and implement best practices around program management Support teams in identifying and mitigating blockers and risks to delivering high quality software features to customers while continuously improving release processes and tools Model transparency in communication, ensuring all teams have the context they need to make good product decisions. Align cross-functional teams around the scope and urgency of requests and changes by avoiding siloed messaging.
