Head of Communications, Business

About the Role We’re looking for a senior, enterprise-focused communications leader to define and drive how OpenAI shows up to businesses, from large enterprises to high-growth startups, and to build the communications strategy that brings that story to life across channels. The mandate is to lead communications for Business, including shaping press narratives, driving proactive media engagement, and building credibility with business, technical, and industry stakeholders. You will set the strategy and build the system, including hiring or partnering for social and content execution where needed. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and play a critical role in ensuring communications is not a service function, but a driver of business outcomes.
