About the Team The Enterprise Marketing team helps the world's largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI responsibly. We partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, Research, Customer Success, Events, Comms, and executive leadership to help customers see what is possible with OpenAI and move from interest to action. Within Enterprise Marketing, the Executive Briefing Center team creates strategic conversations for OpenAI's most important customers and prospects. We bring together customer context, product insight, technical expertise, and executive storytelling to help senior leaders understand what AI can make possible for their business. About the Role As the Executive Programs Narrative Lead, you will shape how our most strategic customers experience and understand OpenAI in high-stakes executive moments. You will own the narrative strategy for priority Executive Briefing Center conversations, turning OpenAI's technology, customer insight, and enterprise strategy into bespoke C-suite narratives that help leaders understand where AI can create business value, unlock new ways of working, and support transformation at scale.
