As we scale the team and launch new service lines, the people we bring in shape the company we become, and you'll be the person responsible for finding them, qualifying them, and closing them. This is a full-cycle role: you own each search from first outreach to signed offer. This is not a coordination job. You won't wait for applicants to roll in or for someone else to define the search. You'll source proactively, build qualified pipelines from scratch, run screens, partner with hiring managers as an equal, and close the candidates we want.
