ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Designer at Numeral, you are accountable for outcomes, not artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems in a domain most people find intimidating — sales tax, VAT, GST, filings, registrations — and ship product experiences that change how finance and accounting teams operate. Design at Numeral is AI-first and builder-led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude Code and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and adoption — not handoff.
