ABOUT THE ROLE You keep the New York office running. The space stays clean, stocked, and ready — snacks topped up before they run out, the front door warm for every visitor, meeting spaces set up and ready to go. When something's about to slip, you catch it before anyone else notices. When priorities shift at noon, you adapt and keep the day on track. This is hands-on office management with real ownership. You'll run the day to day, anticipate what's coming, and manage the dependencies that keep things moving — and you'll be a go-to resource for the broader executive team as needs come up.
