Project Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, The Project Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, including planning, managing resources and supervising contractors engaged in construction projects at Natera. They also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Facilities SOP management, assist with audit preps and post audit documentation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a brief description (5 to 7 sentences) of the essential functions/main areas of responsibility for the position with the overall importance reflecting what is essential to be successful in the position.
