Associate Director Oncology Lifecycle Management - Hematologic Oncology Position Summary: Natera a Global Leader in cell-free DNA testing focused on changing the management of disease in reproductive health, oncology, and organ transplantation. Signatera is a personalized, tumor-informed test for molecular residual disease (MRD) assessment and surveillance monitoring in patients previously diagnosed with cancer. Signatera is covered by Medicare for colorectal cancer, muscle invasive bladder cancer, high-risk breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, and immunotherapy response monitoring for any solid tumor. As an Associate Director of Oncology Lifecycle Management for Hematologic Malignancies you will work in a highly matrixed environment to help shape the strategic direction and drive execution for company success in Hematologic Oncology. Primary Responsibilities: - Own the lifecycle planning and successful product launch for a diagnostic portfolio in Hematologic Malignancies, including Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma (MM), and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a strategic plan that drives usage, awareness, and advocacy across key stakeholders worldwide. - Lead a MM/CLL Lifecycle Team that is a cross-functional team accountable for progress on tumor goals and deploying resources to maximize outcomes. - Establish...
