Narvar is Growing! We are looking for a Customer Engineer who is passionate about helping customers, solving complex problems, and playing a pivotal role in the success of our clients. If you have a strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Engineer, you will be instrumental in scoping requirements, collaborating with clients to integrate our APIs, and deploying solutions for some of our largest enterprise customers. You will join a dedicated team of Customer Engineers and Project Managers who are committed to delivering exceptional results for our customers and making an impact on the business. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead technical onboarding for top-tier enterprise retailers and innovative direct-to-consumer brands. Provide consultative guidance to ensure seamless integration with Narvar鈥檚 solutions, maximizing product value and customer success . Leverage customer business requirements and your Narvar product expertise to create clear and effective technical specifications. Develop and validate solutions using web technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, focusing on delivering seamless customer experiences.
