Software Engineer (ServiceNow) - RegTech

About the opportunity We are seeking a Software Engineer to build and evolve reliable governance platforms that help N26 meet regulatory expectations and strengthen operational resilience. Our System Solutions team enables the organization by operating and developing enterprise governance platforms such as ServiceNow and related risk tooling. We sit at the intersection of engineering, security, risk, and operations, and believe in building well-engineered, compliant, and scalable systems that support regulatory controls across the bank. This role is suited for engineers who want to grow their technical depth in a regulated environment, gain hands-on experience with enterprise governance platforms, and contribute to systems that have a direct impact on N26’s compliance and operational maturity. In this role, you will: Implement features and workflow enhancements and support the configuration and improvement of ServiceNow modules (e.g., Risk, CMDB, Asset, Change, Incident). Help maintain data consistency across Asset, Process, and Risk domains. Develop and maintain API-based integrations between ServiceNow and other internal systems (IAM, asset sources, security tools).
