We are looking for a Hardware Product Manager to own and evolve the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio and end-to-end merchant experience (choose, buy, receive, set up, operate, replace), ensuring the right form factors exist, work reliably, and ship profitably across regions. What you’ll be responsible for - Own the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio end-to-end—what we sell, where we sell it, and how it evolves over time (launch → scale → lifecycle management → deprecation). - Define and land a multi-quarter roadmap aligned to the broader Hardware strategy, manage dependencies, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes. - Lead new initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery → PRDs/requirements → vendor selection → validation/testing → launch → iteration and in-field support. - Spend time with merchants (owners/managers/staff) to uncover workflow friction and translate insights into roadmap priorities. - Drive supplier accountability across feature set, quality, cost, and lead times, using field signals (RMAs/tickets) to close the loop on corrective actions. - Lead by influence teams across Product, Design, Hardware Ops, Support, GTM, Finance, and Legal to execute launches cleanly and improve portfolio pr...
