We’re looking for a Senior Manager FP&A to join our Finance team. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A. You will be responsible for leading an FP&A business partner relationship while driving strategic finance initiatives. This is a high-visibility seat inside a function that works directly with the CFO, ELT, and external advisors. This candidate will broaden established working relationships and methodologies with key stakeholders in both vertical and functional levels, executing on various planning cycles (Budget/Forecast/LRP), understanding and explaining revenue, headcount planning, cost of goods, operating expenses and compiling information into financial plans. What you’ll be doing: - Own finance business partnership with VPs, and C-level stakeholders, providing sound fiscal insights that help achieve strategic plans - Prepare and present deliverables to C-suite - Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks to support decision-making across the organisation, providing guidance to business partners and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial plans - Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimise profita...
