We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity. The schedule requirements for this role is Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm local time. What You'll Do As a Pediatric Home Care Specialist (Paramedic Certified) with Imagine Pediatrics, you will in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, facilitate in home delivery of episodic and longitudinal care. You leverage an integrated technology platform and are complimented by an entire interdisciplinary team including APPs, registered nurses, navigators, pharmacists, psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists. You will: Travel to members’ homes, or wherever in the community our members are, in response to requests for acute and episodic medical, behavioral, and social needs.
