The primary location for this role is remote, with quarterly travel. Expected schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role. Washington or California state license required. What You’ll Do The Clinical Pharmacist, as part of the interdisciplinary care team, provides medication management services for pediatric patients with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions focused on optimizing medication therapy, disease outcomes, and value of care. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the day-to-day operations medication management services within the designated region.
