What You’ll Do As Senior Associate, Innovation you will play a key role in increasing safe days at home for children with special healthcare needs. You will help identify, prioritize, and scale our clinical programs and service lines that aim to reduce unnecessary utilization by translating complex population health data into opportunities with clear business cases, leading pilots of new initiatives and programs, and supporting revenue forecasts. We are looking for a self-starter and fast learner who is effective in partnering with clinical, operational, and technological stakeholders to ensure success of initiatives.
