What You’ll Do As Senior Manager, Software Engineering at Imagine Pediatrics, you will collaborate with product leaders and other stakeholders to deliver tech-enabled solutions that further our mission of ensuring every child with special health care needs get the care and support they deserve. You will: Build, develop, and mentor 1–2 team s of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Facilitate the execution of our technical roadmap with a focus on data-driven decisions, timely and iterative product development, simplicity, and value delivery.
