As a Senior Email Deliverability Operations Consultant, you’ll help improve how HubSpot builds and operates reliable, scalable email systems while partnering across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve customer outcomes. You’ll combine technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to resolve complex deliverability challenges, influence product direction, and advocate for industry best practices across the email ecosystem. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership, clear communication, and the ability to influence outcomes across technical and non-technical teams. What You’ll Do Monitor and improve the health, performance, and reputation of HubSpot’s global email sending infrastructure using internal tooling, SQL, AI-enabled workflows, and industry-standard deliverability platforms. Investigate and resolve complex deliverability issues related to authentication, DNS, spam filtering, sender reputation, and MTA infrastructure.
