As a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist in APAC, you will be responsible for guiding customers through HubSpot software setup, tool training, and initial campaign planning. Our customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to work across a variety of projects. What will I do? Serve as the main point of contact for approximately 30 customers to ensure a successful 1st year on the HubSpot platform. Define customer success, articulate value, lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and provide consultative guidance that helps customers achieve their goals.
