The Competitive Intelligence team helps HubSpot stay ahead by transforming market signals into actionable insights. As the Manager, Competitive Intelligence, you will lead and develop a team of Competitive Intelligence Analysts responsible for monitoring the market, evaluating competitors, and delivering strategic insights that shape business decisions. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and Executive Leadership to influence strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. This role combines people leadership, analytical rigor, and business acumen to build a high-performing intelligence function that drives meaningful business impact. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Competitive Intelligence Analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning. Set team priorities, allocate resources, and manage the competitive intelligence roadmap to align with business objectives. Develop and maintain scalable processes for monitoring competitors, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and customer trends.
