YOUR JOURNEY ๐ Customer Success Specialist โ Mentor โ CS Product Expert โ CX AI Engineer ๐ At Hostinger, progression is based on performance, ownership, and impact. Stage 1: Customer Success Specialist. Build deep product knowledge across websites, domains, emails, billing, and builder tools. Work alongside AI to solve complex customer issues, fix root causes, and deliver red-carpet experiences. Stage 2: Mentor โ CS Product Expert. Contribute to your teamโs growth, through peer-to-peer learning sessions, feedback loops, and knowledge sharing, while continuing to support customers. Stage 3: CX AI Engineer. Move from resolving individual cases to managing the system that handles thousands of them.
