Stage 1: Customer Success Specialist. Build deep product knowledge across websites, domains, emails, billing, and builder tools. Work alongside AI to solve complex customer issues, fix root causes, and deliver red-carpet experiences. Stage 2: Mentor โ†’ CS Product Expert. Contribute to your teamโ€™s growth, through peer-to-peer learning sessions, feedback loops, and knowledge sharing, while continuing to support customers. Stage 3: CX AI Engineer.
