Your role We are looking for an ambitious M&A / Investment Manager to lead the identification, execution, and ownership of majority investments in high-quality software businesses. An ideal candidate combines strong transaction experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in long-term ownership. You will operate across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluation to negotiation, execution, and ongoing involvement with portfolio companies.
