About the Role: As a Care Pro Training Associate , you will play a critical role in ensuring every Care Professional (Care Pro) who joins our platform is prepared to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. You will lead virtual onboarding experiences, assess candidate readiness through discussion and scenario-based evaluations, and serve as a key decision-maker in the hiring process.
