About the Role: As Counsel, Litigation & Risk Management , you will help lead the company’s response to employment- related and operational disputes, and help proactively manage legal risk across a large, multi-state care network. You will partner closely with both HQ and Care operations teams to address pre-litigation disputes and litigation, provide practical advice on employment and compliance issues, and build scalable processes that reduce risk and support compliant growth.
