Communication will take place primarily via SMS, with occasional light phone support. This is not a scripted call center role—instead, you’ll engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to help clients feel heard, understood, and confidently guided toward the right care path. This is an on-call, flexible position where you’ll respond to incoming inquiries as they arrive throughout the day. During quieter periods, no active tasks are required, but you must remain available to engage quickly. This role is ideal for someone empathetic, tech-savvy, and wellness-minded—looking for meaningful part-time work that complements other commitments.
