Job Title Sales Lead Location Remote Time Zone Core Hours: 10:00 AM โ 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to own and build the end-to-end revenue engine for a growing SMB-focused accounting firm. This is a 0-to-1 role โ you're not supporting sales, you are the growth. You'll close long-term clients, improve the sales process, implement automation and AI, and help transition the business from a project-based model to a predictable monthly recurring revenue (MRR) model. If you've scaled a services business before and thrive in a scrappy, high-ownership environment, this role is for you.
