About The Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and developing a clear understanding of their business goals, challenges, and needs. Support account growth by identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions, expand into additional markets, or increase patient/diagnostic volume. Partner with internal teams to support the development and execution of client KPIs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and effective data exchange. Work closely with Client Success and clinical teams to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
