About the Role: Heartbeat Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our virtual clinic Monday through Friday from 9:00-5:30 pm MST. Patient care: Receive Warm hand off of patients from internal and external call transfers Verify contact info Schedule first MD visit Establish plan for vitals Conduct initial KCCQ survey Obtain baseline vitals if able - to include weight Medication reconciliation Verify Medical history/diagnostics Arrange for lab draw Arrange for Diagnostics Prepare patients for physician visits. Connect with patients, ensure video and audio work, add interpreters as needed. Obtain signed consent.
