As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will own the entire customer relationship, including renewals, adoption and product optimization strategy, as well as the upselling of new products into our rapidly growing ecosystem of customers. You will not only ensure a premium experience for our customers by understanding their business objectives, but also collaborate with our cross-functional partners to streamline workflows and communication processes within Greenhouse.
